When you check the consent box and submit our form, you opt in to receive SMS text messages from BeneHub and a licensed insurance agent about your insurance request.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected on this site will NOT be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data is not shared with third parties.

How we share your information

BeneHub does not sell your information to unaffiliated third parties. We share information only as needed to deliver the service you requested:

• Licensed BeneHub insurance agents who follow up with you about your quote.
• Insurance carriers you choose to apply to, so they can underwrite and issue a policy.
• Service providers who help us operate the site (such as hosting, analytics, consent verification, email, and SMS providers), under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing services to us.
• Legal disclosures when required by law or to protect our rights.

As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your choices and how to opt out

• Text messages: Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Email: Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
• Phone calls: Tell the agent you do not want further calls, or email us at the address below.
• Everything else: Email support@benehub.com to request that we stop contacting you, delete your information, or provide a copy of the information we hold about you.

Data retention and security

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (including insurance and telemarketing consent rules), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.

Children
