About BeneHub

BeneHub is a licensed insurance agency. We help consumers request quotes for life insurance and related products through our network of licensed insurance agents.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use this site, submit a quote request, or opt in to our SMS program.

SMS messaging program

When you check the consent box on our form and submit your information, you opt in to receive recurring SMS text messages from BeneHub and a licensed insurance agent about your insurance request, including via automated technology.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to SMS messaging in order to buy any product or service from BeneHub.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive texts from that program.
• Help: Reply HELP to any text message, or contact support@benehub.com for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers may include all major U.S. carriers. Service availability may vary by carrier.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Quote requests are not an offer of insurance

Submitting our form is a request to be contacted about insurance. It is not an application for insurance and not a binder or guarantee of coverage. Final rates, terms, and eligibility for any policy are determined solely by the issuing insurance carrier after a complete application and underwriting review, conducted with the assistance of a licensed insurance agent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the site or its security
• Scrape, copy, or harvest content from the site without our prior written consent
• Submit a phone number that is not yours or for which you do not have authority to give consent

Intellectual property

The site, including its design, text, graphics, logos (including the BeneHub name and mascot), and software, is owned by BeneHub or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

"As-is" disclaimer

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BENEHUB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Changes to the site and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the site (or any part of it) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
